Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant with strong expertise in business process analysis system customization and IT solution design. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HR modules including interfaces with thirdparty systems like Workday and experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for business key players and process owners ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
- Drive structural SAP HR interface improvements to enhance the quality of HR data across multiple clients and backend systems.
- Coordinate and manage SAP HRrelated incidents ensuring an endtoend resolution approach.
- Lead and facilitate SAP HR architectural decisions to optimize system efficiency and alignment with business strategies.
- Oversee and coordinate SAP HR system upgrades ensuring minimal disruptions and compliance with IT governance.
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions designing and implementing the correct system configurations to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst SAP HR Functional Consultant or similar roles.
- Handson experience in SAP HR customization and configuration including integrations with platforms like Workday.
- SAP HCM Certification (preferred).
- Experience in an IT Business Partner role (preferred).
- Experience in an IT Project Lead role (preferred).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
