Key Responsibilities:
S/4HANA Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) for clients focusing on key finance modules such as General Ledger Receivables & Payables Asset Accounting Cash & Bank Credit Management and Tax Accounting.
- Participate in system conversion and landscape transformation projects using AGILE/SAP ACTIVATE methodology.
- Contribute to the Explore and Build phases including designing and configuring finance processes.
Client Workshops:
- Lead and facilitate client workshops during the Explore/Build phases specifically focusing on the Financial Accounting track.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices in S/4HANA.
Configuration & Business Process Knowledge:
- Provide proficiency in business process knowledge and configuration in S/4HANA for financerelated processes.
- Ensure integration between financial processes and logistics (SAP & nonSAP systems).
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with other consultants clients and team members to deliver quality results on time.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and foster a positive working relationship with both the internal team and clients.
Implementation Lifecycle:
- Manage and participate in at least one full lifecycle implementation of S/4HANA including rollouts and postgolive support.
- Work in a fastpaced environment while ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI):
- Indepth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
- Proficiency in General Ledger Accounting Receivables & Payables Credit Management Asset Accounting Cash & Bank Accounting and Tax Accounting.
AGILE/SAP ACTIVATE Methodology:
- Handson experience with AGILE/SAP ACTIVATE methodology in S/4HANA implementation or system conversion projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops during the Explore/Build phases.
Business Process Configuration:
- Strong understanding and experience configuring financial processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of financial process integration across SAP and nonSAP applications.
Experience:
- Minimum one full lifecycle implementation or rollout experience in S/4HANA.
- Proven track record in leading and executing successful S/4HANA implementations in the finance domain.
