Founded in 2011 our client is a growing immigration law specialist and Registered Migration Advisor providing their clients with quality immigration services. As one of the largest specialist immigration firms in Australia they have a track record of consistent growth and delivering on their clients needs from initial consultations to sponsorship arrangements visa PR and citizenship applications and more complex matters.

About The Role
The Marketing Assistant plays an important role in supporting the business to reach potential clients through the development and activation of targetted industryspecific campaigns social media engagement inbound enquiry management and content creation. With involvement and responsibilities across various digital channels including email social media and direct client enquiries youll play a role in helping clients on their lifechanging migration journey.

The Marketing Assistant responsibilities include:
  • Design and activate B2B email campaigns to corporate clients
  • Manage social media presence and audience engagement including responding to comments and enquiries across various platforms (e.g. instagram tiktok facebook twitter and YouTube etc.)
  • Respond to prospective client email enquiries
  • Generate and collate campaign response data to inform future planning and content
  • Assist and collaborate in the development of creative assets and content for example:
    • drafting video scripts
    • storyboard development
    • creative writing
    • video editing
    • graphic design for thumbnails
  • Support other marketing and communications activities as required


Requirements

About You
To be successful in your application you will:
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week over 5 days (majority of hours between 9:00am 5:30pm ACST)
  • Have a dedicated space to work from (100% workfromhome)
  • Have suitable ancillary equipment and peripherals (e.g. second monitor mouse keyboard etc.) Latptop provided
  • Have reliable internet and electricity connections (and suitable backups)
You will also have:
  • Tertiary qualifications (or extensive experience) in Marketing Communications (or a related field)
  • > 2 years experience in Marketing and Communications roles
  • Experience in social media content design and audience engagement
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent written communicatoin
  • Skill in multimedia content creation
  • Experience in Canva MS Office suite and other relevant systems
  • An interest and understanding of immigration services (highly regarded)
