Job Description
What you will be doing:
As Reservations manager you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of room reservations and other ancillary revenue to our guests via the telephone email or other channels deemed appropriate by the company.
You will manage the Reservations Sales Agents team and will establish ongoing onjob training programs within the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.

Natural team player who is an avid learner adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You have strong customer care skills as well as the ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
You are confident about your technical knowledge of hotel booking systems including Opera.
