Job Description
Understand and contribute to the architecture of complex Java backend solutions
Provide valuable technical insights to shape development processes
Maintain a securityfirst and qualitydriven mindset
Complete backend application development tasks within a mixed development team
Support frontend development in case of need
Analyze requirements and actively troubleshoot development and production issues
Support 3rd line support activities
Work closely with Product Owners and Lead Developers to support stakeholders and shape future product designs
Qualifications :
Seasoned Developer: 5 years of experience in backend development particularly with Java
Agile Pro: Experience with Agile methodologies especially Scrum
Tech Stack Mastery: Handson expertise with Java Spring Quarkus Kafka JPA and SQL
Architectural Vision: knowledge of design patterns and modern microservice architectures
API Expertise: Experience with REST APIs
Version Control Champion: Skilled in Git
CI/CD Enthusiast: Practical experience with Azure DevOps
Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written)
Soft Skills: Strong communication a proactive mindset and a teamplayer attitude
Your Competitive Edge:
Experience with Unit Testing and Automated UI Testing
Familiarity with logistics industry challenges
Frontend experience with Angular
Skills in mobile development
