About the Role
In this pivotal position youll oversee the drawing office ensuring the seamless translation of client concepts into precise technical drawings. Your expertise will guide the team through the design process from initial client briefs to the final production stages. Collaborating closely with project managers and the manufacturing department youll ensure that all designs are both innovative and manufacturable adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
41.5 hours a week
Key Duties
Lead and manage the drawing office team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Interpret client briefs and architectural drawings to produce detailed joinery designs.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and client specifications.
Coordinate with project managers and the manufacturing team to align designs with production capabilities.
Oversee the development of prototypes and mockups as needed.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of materials techniques and industry trends.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in joinery design and management.
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
