PRIMETALENT IS HIRING
We are hiring an F&B Operations Manager for a Reputable Dining venue in Beirut area.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant or F&B locations
Support and develop the team to drive success
Manage budgets forecast revenue and control operational costs
Ensure accurate pricing billing and financial reporting
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle complaints
Recruit train and supervise F&B staff
Collaborate with chefs and managers to standardize menus
Qualifications :
Key Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality Business Administration or similar
Age between 3045
7 to 10 Years of Experience in Fine Dining Management
Fluency in English and French
