Job Description

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Training Start Date: 20th March 2025

What Youll Do

  • Assist Spanishspeaking customers via phone email and chat resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Provide expert guidance on payment transactions security procedures and account management.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 900 EUR/month (paid 14 times per year).

  • Complexity Bonus: 50 EUR/month (paid 12 times per year).

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EURper working day (net).

  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month.

Totaling inEUR/year

  • Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months).

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including nights & weekends).

  • Two consecutive rotative days off per week.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent French Speaker (C1) with strong communication skills.
    English Proficiency (B1) for internal communication.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts (including nights & weekends).
  • Techsavvy with basic troubleshooting skills.

Hiring Process

  1. Application Review We assess your profile.
  2. Language Assessment Demonstrate your Spanish skills.
  3. Interviews with the Client Final selection stage.

Relocation Package:

  • Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of Contract up to 400 EUR in Economy class
  • Apartment Room with rent of 280 EUR for 12 months
