Assist Spanishspeaking customers via phone email and chat resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide expert guidance on payment transactions security procedures and account management.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: 900 EUR/month (paid 14 times per year).
Complexity Bonus: 50 EUR/month (paid 12 times per year).
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EURper working day (net).
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month.

Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months).
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
24/7 Rotational Shifts (including nights & weekends).
Two consecutive rotative days off per week.
