Job Description
The trainer should have handson experience as facilitator on the courses below and be responsible for planning the program creating curriculum and ensuring implementation and job readiness of the college students.

In the SkillEd program we have trained over 8000 students in the academic year 202324. The students are from the final year of engineering and arts & sciences colleges. Students were trained in Java Python Web Development C/C Advanced MS Office and Soft Skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the curriculum for selected programs from above for the job readiness of College students.
- Effective use of instructional strategies and formative and summative assessments to improve learning outcomes of students
- To prepare daily weekly and monthly plans and activities to ensure timely completion of desired learning objectives outlined in the project
- Training the students and empowering them to apply and feel confident in using their learned skills
- Reach out and partner with other organizations corporate people and groups to identify/create job opportunities for students. Provide periodic reports to the management on the progress and outcomes
- To participate in the capacitybuilding programs as per the project design. Taking care of Bhumi processes (MIS LMS and others)
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Graduation in any stream and certification and 2 or 3 years of working experience in specific program or stream
- Experience in training youth in their career and personality development.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Strong technical aptitude in their field of expertise
- Good communication skills in English (verbal written and oral).
- Curriculum creation delivery and classroom management skills for handling students
- Experience in teaching/training college students
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and with all levels of staff volunteers communities other organizations and corporate people
- Ability to learn about commit to and educate others on programs mission and goals.
