About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Turkish Speaker) to support small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) in the online and digital advertising sector. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses grow by providing exceptional support across multiple channels including chat email and phone.
Employment Type: Fulltime
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift (Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Probation Period: 1 month before contract confirmation
Relocation Package: Available
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in scaling their businesses across different digital advertising platforms.
- Provide pre and postsales support for selfservice advertising products.
- Offer product and tool support to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze customer trends and resolve common issues.
- Gather product feedback from clients and share insights with the engineering team.
- Communicate proactively with clients offering guidance on best practices and optimizing their use of our solutions.
Requirements:
- Native Turkish speaker with B2level English proficiency.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar support role.
- Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms.
- Strong verbal written and listening communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
