Our client a fastgrowing company in the manufacturing industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Responsible for maintaining the consistency effectiveness and compliance of the company s processes with the requirements of ISO.
Verify products meet industry standards company policies and regulatory requirements by staying updated on quality regulations.
Oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement in machinery and workflows.
Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution.
Develop and enforce effective protocols to optimize inspection processes and enhance product quality assurance.
Analyze qualityrelated customer concerns identify root causes and collaborate on solutions to prevent recurrence.
Conduct technological training sessions that allow our customers to stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in packaging printing.
Maintain constant and open communication with customers providing immediate responses to any inquiries and feedback related to quality.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Technique majors or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Certification in quality control is a plus but not needed for this role.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
Good communication skills
Teamwork and collaboration.
