Job Description

Role: Regulatory Audit Second Line (RASL) Response Experts (REX) 5

Location: Preference will be given to Mount Laurel Charlotte & Ft. Lauderdale if needed remote okay (EST)

Duration: 45 months CTH

Overview of project/skills required:

Very seasoned SME who can provide direction on how to respond / position RASL requests with the appropriate scope and lens

Strong understanding of financial regulations

Previous experience working at/with regulatory bodies

Adaptable to strict deadlines

Ability to understand the change impact from regulations controls frameworks policies standards processes procedures etc. and keep the RASL responses updated proactively

Ability to take a complex scenario and break it down to a simple story (Strong storytelling skills)

Ability to present to senior executives (VP SVP EVP SEVP)

Ability to navigate through a large organization

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive optimal outcome

Data / Fact driven

Ability to manage multiple initiatives prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Ability to quickly learn new financial systems tools and concepts.

Staying updated on industry trends and regulations

Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between different stakeholders.
