Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (development product and business teams) to understand requirements and create test cases.
- Develop and execute functional regression and performance testing using automated tools.
- Perform test automation of APIs UI and backend services.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test strategies and automation.
- Identify document and track defects through to resolution.
- Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and provide insights for performance improvements.
- Ensure quality standards are met by contributing to all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to test frameworks and automation processes.
- Assist with the setup and management of test environments.
- 3 years of experience in QA automation or test engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Java Python or JavaScript.
- Handson experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium Appium TestNG JUnit).
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman RestAssured or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git SVN).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Knowledge of database testing (SQL).
- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
