- Implement a holistic user journey in the country towards end users and retail partners ensuring alignment with the regional brand strategy marketing concepts and specific P guidelines in close collaboration with all local BU marketing managers.
- Drive excellence in execution and continuous optimization of REACT KPIs in the country.
- FOCUS: Serve as the overarching owner of the user journey orchestration in the country.
- Plan & execute the User Journey Management Lifecycle (from insights to mapping to actions & tracking orchestration) to ensure holistic implementation (with a strong focus on BU marketing concepts) across all user journey touchpoints.
- Financial responsibility: Manage and allocate the local marketing budget effectively along the user journey to maximize ROI ensuring alignment with regional financial targets and P&L impact.
- Lead the execution and monitoring of growth measures (Key Growth Drivers) with a particular emphasis on the successful implementation & execution of marketing concepts in alignment with the REACT framework.
- Lead and develop a team of 20 marketing associates across the Eastern European region fostering a highperformance culture with a strong focus on collaboration execution and talent development.
- Ensure seamless coordination with local sales regional touchpoint owners and key stakeholders to drive business success.
- Willingness to travel within the region and across EA to support team development and execution excellence.

Background: You have a bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus).
Experience:
- Deep expertise in branding and a strong understanding of UX related to information gathering and purchase decisions of target groups.
- High sales affinity with a solid understanding of the B2B retail landscape.
- Strong operational experience in marketing with a proven track record in marketing execution and strategic brand management.
- Financial acumen with experience in P&L management budgeting and cost optimization ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitability
Leadership&Collaboration:
- You have strong leadership skills with experience in leading coaching and developing highperforming teams in an international environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to drive alignment across crossfunctional teams.
Working practice:
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills coupled with a deep understanding of UX and Agile working methods.
- Strategic problemsolver with a handson mentality and a cando attitude.
Languages: You have fluent English skills; knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage
