Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing business processes collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to the development of efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics and experience working in diverse project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document business functions and processes.
- Analyze integration of business functions with technology.
- Maintain expertise in accounting procurement finance or contract management.
- Assist in developing business cases and process reengineering.
- Collaborate with management to identify business needs and objectives.
- Recommend new processes for operational efficiency.
- Conduct costbenefit analyses.
- Develop project work plans and timelines.
- Prepare ITB RFI RFR RFP documents; familiarize with state procurement laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 9 years in Business Analytics including creating requirements and design documents and facilitating meetings with business partners.
- Proficiency in analyzing processes and integrating technology. Knowledge of accounting procurement finance or contract management is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in project management using methodologies such as Waterfall DevOps Agile.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to write User Stories with acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Proficiency with Jira and testing systems like Jama/Zephyr.
- PMIPBA or CBAP.
