Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detailoriented Avionics Technician to join our clients team in Eden Prairie MN. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Garmin avionics installation wiring and troubleshooting. This role is fulltime with a steady MondaytoFriday schedule offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Shift: Mon Fri 8 AM 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation configuration and integration of avionics systems with a specialization in Garmin products.
- Execute advanced wiring tasks including harness assembly and system connections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics system issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints to complete assignments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during installation and repair processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high service standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Garmin avionics installation wiring and troubleshooting.
- Proven technical skills and ability to work independently on avionics projects.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred: Airframe license (not required but advantageous).

Company Details: The company is a flight training academy that provides pilot training and certification programs.
