- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder
- Clearance Requirements: Tier 1 Background Investigation National Agency Check with Law and fingerprints. (Standard Form 85).
- Travel: Travel is not authorized.
- Type of Employment: Fulltime 40 hours per week.
- Period of Performance: 17 March 2025 to 31 August 2025 renewable three (3) option years
- Estimate Pay: $58.00 to $61.65/hour
Working Hours:
Work is typically scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The working position is Hybrid On Site and Telework. While the schedule may need to be flexible it will not exceed 40 hours per week or 1550 hours total. The contractor may be occasionally called upon for afterhours as needed.
Summary:
The Enterprise Architect III Develops software solutions by studying information needs conferring with users and studying systems flow data usage and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications standards and programming.
Mandatory Qualifications
- At least 8 years Handson experience in Front End/UI development enhancing and maintaining enterpriseclass applications using Angular and/or similar frameworks on the J2EE application development platform
- At least 8 years Handson experience participating in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle)
- At least 8 years Handson UI development experience implementing Authentication and Authorization Caching strategies
- At least 8 years Handson programming experience in following languages: HTML5 JavaScript JQuery AJAX CSS3 Bootstrap SASS Angular Typescript JSON XML ES5/ES6 NPM Maven and/or other UI frameworks/libraries.
- At least 8 years Demonstrable experience developing optimizing and maintaining an enterpriselevel Front End/UI application including complete ownership of the frontend stack (JavaScript/HTML/CSS Angular and/or other UI frameworks).
- At least 8 years Experience implementing Clientfacing applications with responsive design and development
- At least 8 years Experience implementing SPAs with JS or with libraries/frameworks like Angular
- At least 8 years Experience in development of selfcontained reusable and testable modules and components
- At least 8 years Strong understanding and experience of fundamental programming concepts of data structures algorithms performance caching and scalability issues in the context of Web based UI applications
- At least 8 years Experience in developing and testing application user interface for ADA/Accessibility Compliance
- At least 8 years Experience in implementing best practices in the areas of application design performance scalability and maintainability.
- At least 8 years Experience in Testdriven development and test creation using frameworks such as Karma Jasmine Selenium
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years Handson experience with Spring Boot Java Applications
- At least 5 years Handson experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server 8 or later
- At least 5 years Handson experience with Agile Development Methodologies (preferably Scrum)
- At least 5 years Handson experience with web applications developed for Cloud platform
- At least 5 years Handson experience with CI/CD methodology
- At least 5 years Handson development experience for mobile and tablet platforms
Duties/Responsibilities
- Performs frontend/UI application development enhancement maintenance and support for Social Services User Interface applications.
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs conferring with users and analyzing systems flow data usage and work processes.
- Participates in requirements analysis highlevel and detailed design development testing and deployment of new application components as a team member.
- Analyzes UI frameworks and libraries for configuration and performance tuning opportunities.
- Develops enhances and maintains existing and new webbased J2EE/Portal applications within HHSCs SOA (ServiceOriented Architecture) platform using Agile methodologies.
- Creates technical and design documentation as required.
- Performs system analysis and problem resolution.
- Develops and maintains data and process models.
- Employs contemporary testing methods to ensure applications function properly and without error.
- Provides technical support for testing and implementation efforts.
- Participates in program design coding and test walkthrough meetings to provide input regarding technical standards and customer requirements.
- Provides application support (defect repair maintenance and production operations support) for webbased Java applications in an SOA platform. Performs system analysis troubleshooting diagnosis and problem resolution. Analyzes software for defects and performance tuning opportunities. Develops and tests application code to resolve defects and improve application reliability and performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
