Job Description
Job Title: Chief Tech Officer (Tech Startup)
Salary: $3000$3500 base
Industry: Tech Ecosystems

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Were partnering with a rapidly expanding wellfunded tech startup providing innovative AIpowered SaaS platforms. Theyre building a comprehensive product ecosystem including marketplace and POS solutions for B2B and B2B2C models leveraging cuttingedge AI cloud infrastructure and integrations.
We seek a visionary CTO to define and execute the technology strategy scale the platform and lead a worldclass engineering team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven technology leader.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the technology roadmap for a multitenant SaaS marketplace.
- Drive AI/ML adoption for personalization automation and intelligent decisionmaking.
- Architect a highly scalable secure and resilient platform using microservices cloudnative infrastructure and an APIfirst approach.
- Build mentor and lead a highperforming engineering team (backend frontend AI DevOps security).
- Oversee integrations with ERP POS payment gateways and other enterprise systems.
- Align technology with business objectives through collaboration with product design and business teams.
- Ensure data privacy security and compliance.
- Promote best practices in CI/CD DevOps cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern frameworks.
Requirements:
- 8 years in technology leadership with expertise in scalable SaaS AIdriven applications and marketplaces.
- Deep experience with cloud architecture (AWS GCP Azure) microservices and APIdriven development.
- Proven experience in AI/ML data engineering and automation.
- Strong fullstack development background a plus.
- Expertise integrating ERP CRM POS and thirdparty solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to hire mentor and scale engineering teams in highgrowth environments.
- Strong business acumen and alignment of technology with commercial goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail tech F&B technology or hospitality SaaS experience.
- Experience leading AIpowered personalization recommendation engines or automation.
- Background in highvolume multitenant SaaS with global scalability.
