Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a System Analyst:
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement and support IT applications required by various service units.
- Assist in managing business requirements and ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Streamline processes and utilize technology and automation to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application enhancements system implementations and support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams endusers and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of IT system enhancements and projects within scope budget and timeline.
- Stay updated on IT trends and technological advancements assess new technologies/solutions for suitability and provide recommendations for potential adoption.
- Maintain system documentation including policies procedures user manuals and system configurations.
- Perform any other ITrelated duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of IT experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in project implementation and working with stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills..
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with endusers.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4500 AWS VB (1 Month)
- Working Location: Simei
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
