Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Utility Operator to support machine operators replenish stock inspect products and ensure smooth production flow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stability growth and handson experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Assist Machine Operators in production processes ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Replenish stock of raw materials and supplies to maintain continuous operations.
- Inspect finished products for quality control identifying defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment following company packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues.
- Perform routine checks to ensure materials and components meet required standards.
- Document and report any quality or production issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members machine operators and supervisors to meet production goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required training provided!
- Strong attention to detail for product inspection and quality assurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills ability to use calipers/micrometers a plus!
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
- Previous experience in packing warehouse or production support is a plus!
