Job Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join a team specializing in the manufacturing of commercial textile products for large swimming pools and aquatic centers. As a Machine Operator you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of various machines. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a team member to operate a commercial sewing machine.
- Stretch fabric and cut to predetermined lengths.
- Meet quality standards and production timelines.
- Move necessary materials around the work area as assigned.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required upon offer of employment.
- Independent problem solver and the ability to complete tasks quickly.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move bulky objects.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods.
- Safely use sharp hand tools and commercial sewing machines.
Job Type: FT Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Wage:$15/hr.
