Job Description

We are hiring for an Internal Audit Officer for a Bank client located in Makati.

The salary is up to 60K X 13.5 months based on experience

Onsite and follows a day shift schedule Mon to Fri

Minimum requirement of at least 2 years of IT Audit experience

Job Description:

Conducts independent and objective assessment of controls reliability and integrity of the Banks IT environment including the evaluation of technology risk management process. Provides an assurance that important control mechanisms are in place for detecting deficiencies and managing risks in the implementation of IT.

Requirement:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); CISA license is an advantage
  • At least 2 years experience in IT audit
  • Above average skill in written and oral communication
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel Word) and IT auditing tools
  • Proven experience in IT auditing risk management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of IT control concepts risk assessment methodologies and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues analyze data and develop practical recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute IT audits in accordance with established audit methodologies and standards.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks within the organizations processes operations and systems.
  • Document audit findings conclusions and recommendations in clear and concise audit reports.
  • Communicate audit results to management and stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement and providing recommendations for remediation.
  • Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified issues.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes industry best practices and emerging risks relevant to IT auditing.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including management other departments external auditors and regulators.
  • Uphold high ethical standards in conducting audit activities maintaining independence objectivity and integrity throughout the auditing process
