About the Role:
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or related technical environment

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

Demonstrated experience with manufacturing equipment and processes

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor assembly line operations
-
Perform component cleaning and mediablasting using glove box equipment
-
Maintain manufacturing and warehouse equipment
-
Document and track equipment status and maintenance needs
-
Conduct regular facility maintenance including vacuuming waste management and recycling
-
Support various manufacturing operations as needed
-
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
-
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of basic manufacturing concepts and procedures

Familiarity with assembly line operations
-
Knowledge of proper cleaning and maintenance procedures

Basic computer skills for documentation

Safety protocol compliance
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
