Oversee daily operations of the Critical Care Nursing Unit to ensure highquality compassionate patient care.
Provide strategic leadership staffing oversight and budget management to support departmental success.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies procedures and state/federal regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.
Lead mentor and develop nursing staff fostering a culture of teamwork engagement and continuous learning.
Implement best practices to enhance patient outcomes staff efficiency and overall operational performance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams physicians and hospital leadership to drive initiatives and improve clinical outcomes.
Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelors degree required within three years of hire.
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Critical Care environment.
At least 2 years of management/leadership experience in an acute care setting.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Experience in budgeting staff management and quality improvement initiatives preferred.
