Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Scheduling

As a Virtual Assistant you will play a key role in driving our outreach efforts and managing our CEO's busy schedule. Responsibilities:
- Handle cold calls to potential recruiting and consulting clients introducing our services and setting up initial meetings.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar by scheduling calls meetings and appointments ensuring efficient time management.
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
- Follow up on calls to ensure leads are properly nurtured and appointments are confirmed.
- Assist in preparing any necessary materials or briefings for scheduled calls or meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling client outreach or sales support.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Techsavvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Google Calendar Zoom etc.).
- Selfstarter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in the recruiting or consulting industry is a plus.
