ABE is a Paid Account Management service that provides business intelligence driven strategic insights to the sellers in order to scale up their revenues and contribute in making them successful on the platform by driving key inputs. As a part of this service sellers will be getting a dedicated account manager who have expert knowledge in their relevant category.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Amazon Business Expert your role will involve:
- Account Management & Optimization: Enhancing Seller Central accounts optimizing listings and improving fulfillment processes.
- Advertising Strategy: Designing and executing ad campaigns (AMS DSP) to boost visibility and sales.
- Data Analytics: Analyzing performance metrics to deliver actionable insights for growth.
- Strategic Business Guidance: Advising on product selection expansion strategies and other revenueboosting tactics.
- Policy Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Amazon s policies for listings pricing and fulfillment.
- Customer Feedback & Brand Management: Managing customer reviews and guiding clients to protect their brands from counterfeit or unauthorized sellers.
- Problem Resolution: Resolving issues related to listings account performance and operational hurdles.
Requirements
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in any field.
- Handson experience with Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools like AMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex concepts.
- Preferred experience of 1 2 years in account management or a related Amazon platform role.
- Exceptional multitasking and analytical abilities.
