Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer with a strong focus on user experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing usercentered solutions that enhance usability accessibility and overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research usability testing and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs to effectively communicate ideas.
- Design intuitive aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI designs.
- Optimize designs for accessibility responsiveness and performance across various devices.
- Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UI components.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and datadriven insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends tools and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer UX Designer or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies design processes and final UI implementations.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems and componentbased UI design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a crossfunctional team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
