Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a Concept Visualizer for projects related to Web Design Social Media Campaigns and Corporate Branding.
- Oversee the daytoday management of the design team including task delegation and motivating team members to meet project deadlines and achieve creative outcomes.
- Train team members in design SOPs and best practices including UI/UX principles white space utilization and other design concepts.
- Work closely with clients as well as internal Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of designs.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design with 35 years of relevant work experience and a strong design portfolio.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing website design corporate identity product packaging and multimedia design.
- Ability to produce storyboards and concepts for animation and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator InDesign WordPress and Elementor.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
