We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Corporate Administration Lead to oversee office planning and fleet management operations. This role involves managing office space optimization projects fleet operations and leading a team to ensure efficiency and compliance across both domains. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Oversee and manage office planning and fleet management projects to ensure successful delivery within scope budget and timeline.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules resource allocation and budgets.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Supervision
- Lead mentor and support a team of project managers and coordinators across office planning and fleet operations.

- Plan and execute office space utilization projects including office moves renovations and design updates.

Fleet Management
- Oversee the organizations fleet operations including vehicle acquisition maintenance and disposal.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Facilities Management or a related field.
- With experience in project management including office planning and fleet operations.
