Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Corporate Administration Lead to oversee office planning and fleet management operations. This role involves managing office space optimization projects fleet operations and leading a team to ensure efficiency and compliance across both domains. The successful candidate will possess exceptional project management skills leadership abilities and a strong understanding of office and fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

  • Oversee and manage office planning and fleet management projects to ensure successful delivery within scope budget and timeline.
  • Develop detailed project plans including schedules resource allocation and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Supervision

  • Lead mentor and support a team of project managers and coordinators across office planning and fleet operations.
  • Assign tasks effectively monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.

Office Planning and Management

  • Plan and execute office space utilization projects including office moves renovations and design updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address space and infrastructure requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office furniture equipment and service providers.
  • Ensure all office planning projects comply with safety regulatory and organizational standards.

Fleet Management

  • Oversee the organizations fleet operations including vehicle acquisition maintenance and disposal.
  • Implement policies to ensure efficient utilization safety and costeffectiveness of the fleet.
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics fuel usage and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with drivers and departments to address operational challenges.
  • Stay updated on regulations related to fleet compliance and sustainability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on office and fleet projects.
  • Communicate project updates risks and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional efforts to achieve project goals.

Process Optimization

  • Standardize processes for managing office planning and fleet operations to improve efficiency.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and recommend process improvements.
  • Leverage technology and tools to enhance project tracking and operational oversight.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Facilities Management or a related field.
  • With experience in project management including office planning and fleet operations.
  • Proven supervisory experience managing teams and complex projects.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in project management process
  • Familiarity with fleet management
  • Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
