Team:
ServiceNows Impact Engineering team creates applications to help customers and our Customer Success Delivery teams quickly maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
What you get to do in this role:
You will manage the engineering development and delivery of a highgrowth leadingedge product and framework for ServiceNow Impact. Impact provides AIdriven recommendations and ServiceNow expertise helping customers validate the readiness of their organization to adopt our AI innovations quickly map investments to business objectives and track the value gained.You will work with engineering leadership and product management to shape the digital roadmap to accelerate ServiceNows value to our customers.
Working with PM Quality Design Support and other dev teams you will manage daily activities of the development team including:
Delivery of committed work with measured quality
Technical engagement on architecture
Career growth for development team at multiple levels
Strong leadership to make engineering team successful.
Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems balancing platform and product level decisions
Manage departmental resources staffing mentoring
Invest in enhancing and maintaining operational excellence with your engineering team
Qualifications :
10 years of experience with platform and product development using coding and architecture skills to deliver highquality results at an enterprise scale
Minimum 3 years of people management experience for an enterprise software company
Experience managing and growing highperforming engineers who require little oversight in completing assigned work
Experience leading and supporting the team to deliver their engineering tasks
Experience with opensource tools and agile development environments
Fluency in one or more relevant enterprise programming languages (preferably Java Javascript)
Demonstrated ability to understand broad concepts and use those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems
Experience completing projects based on company priorities context risks and desired outcomes
Ability to understand and implement ServiceNow coding standards and best practices.
