Job Description
Purpose of Job:
To drive a sales surge and ensure comprehensive support from both frontend and backend
operations in the sales process.
To augment the proficiency of the division by enriching skills and competencies of the team
to enhance productivity.
Principal Accountabilities:
Operational Planning based on the Sales targets availability of Raw materials
manpower machinery & equipment.
Ensure achievement of operation plan by effective execution and makes the
products available as per the quality timeline and within budgeted cost.
Ensure quality of the products as per the specifications by controlling and
monitoring all the standard parameters and guiding the operation team.
Ensure smooth running of operation by proper coordination with the various
Departments.
Prevent operational delays by ensuring proactive steps swift troubleshooting and
making necessary modifications in the operations process.
Suggest upgrades / changes the existing system / process to enhance the quality of
output and/or reduce cost.
Ensure high level of motivation / commitment / productivity from all subordinate
staff / contract staff by constant review of operation & quality by way feedback
and encouragement to the employees.

Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations Experience with BSE, NSE, MCA, and SCORES portals Excellent communication, organizational skills & attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience with BSE, NSE, MCA, and SCORES portals
