FILINVEST COMPANY: QUEST HOTEL TAGAYTAY CITY
This position is responsible for guest registration guest checkout cashiering and foreign exchange. This position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests.
- Responding to customer requests
- Check supplies to ensure that stock is sufficient for the expected business within the covered shift and/or for the day
- Acknowledges and welcome guests as soon as guest approaches the desk
- Check guest record and instructions
- Assist guests in completing registration form reviewing entries to ensure important details are included
- Coordinates with the employee assigned as group coordinator on matter relating to group arrivals handling
- Checks for and coordinates requirements like check in venue individual/group welcome drinks conference kits rooming list amenities and signage
- Print traces for the group and takes/coordinates actions on the matter
- Check postings and supporting documents
- Promotes hotel facilities whenever possible
- Familiarizes with city and local information
- Listen to and records guest requests and/or complaints
- Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
Qualifications
- College graduate
- Atleast 1 year as guest service staff in a service industry
- Good oral and written English skills
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work in Tagaytay
