As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring highquality service and an outstanding guest experience. You will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage departments leading and supporting a dedicated team to achieve the companys high standards. This is a handson role where you will collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and quality in service while upholding health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daytoday activities of the food and beverage team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
- Assist in the training and development of staff ensuring they meet performance and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and work with management to place orders when necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety health and hygiene regulations
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Support the planning and execution of events banquets and other special occasions
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to deliver seamless service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality management is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passionate about customer service and hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
- Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays
