The Team Leader will provide overall executive management and strategic leadership in all functions of the PMU as well as ensuring timely delivery of highquality outputs. This role will ensure that all requirements from the client are met and will collaborate and coordinate closely with all concerned stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- In particular the Team Leader will lead the design and implementation of all activities related to the work streams of the work plan at a strategic level.
- The Team Leader will manage the PMU team and all STAs providing provide effective and well organized operational support and leadership throughout the course of the Project. This role is a client facing role as well as backend support role and the TL shall be expected to work closely with the client internal teams as well as experts onboarded from time to time.
- The TL shall be allotted work related to this project or any other project activity in the organization. The TL is expected to assist us in driving the project ensuring preparation of quality deliverables as well as assist in daytoday operations.
- Lead the design and delivery of all the activities submitted in the work plan including technical and program management Policy Analysis and recommendations preparation and updating of SOPs DM plan preparation of Action taken Reports Proposals Knowledge products etc.
- Undertake various studies including HRVA Institutional capacity assessments Training need analysis etc.
- Lead and support the procurement of all necessary initiatives under the project.
- Lead and support the development and management of training networks convergence mainstreaming institutional partnerships and capacity building IEC initiatives under the project
- Lead and support the technology and decision support requirements of the client with respect to EOC IRS etc.
- Lead and support the delivery of Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) Strategies and NatureBased Solutions (NBS).
- Lead and support the Post Disaster Relief Recovery and Rehabilitation Support.
- Manage the delivery of the district teams deployed under the PMU.
- Provide high level oversight and mentoring of the PMU team and ensure timeliness of outputs.
- Lead and manage timely submission of all billable and nonbillable deliverables including Inception report Annual Performance report and Program Completion report invoicing monthly progress and status reporting any Specific deliverables such as Bid documents Memorandum studies etc. that may be required from time to time as part of the administrative procedures of the project.
- Collaborate and coordinate activities with department officials and other departments within the state and district for daytoday operations.
