At MapleCraft Engineers we dont just build structures we build relationships. As a Remote Customer Operations Specialist youll be the driving force behind seamless customer interactions ensuring our clients receive toptier service and solutions. Youll work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery maintain excellent communication with customers and play a vital role in our companys success.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries requests and concerns via email phone and chat.
  • Proactively track and manage customer orders service requests and project updates ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Work crossfunctionally with engineering sales and project management teams to align on customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot service delivery challenges escalating issues when necessary and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records and interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in contract processing documentation and billing inquiries ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain customer FAQs knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
  • Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions bringing fresh ideas to improve our service operations.

What We are Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in customer support operations or account management (preferably in engineering construction or a related field).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for customers.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the confidence to make decisions in realtime.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Techsavvy with experience in CRM systems ticketing tools and cloudbased communication platforms.
  • A selfstarter who can work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with the team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and improving processes.
