Location Mumbai Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
Exp : 1 years of experience
Qualification : Bachelors degree in Preferable in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or a related field.
Interview Process : F2F
Working Days : 6 days working 2nd and 4th Saturday is off
Working timings : 9.30 to 6.30 (Field sales)
Must Have : Good communication skills in English and local language

We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team at a leading Pharma Disinfectant Manufacturing company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our disinfectant products promoting our brand in the pharmaceutical sector and developing relationships with distributors hospitals clinics and other healthcare establishments.
Compensation Market Standard.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by promoting and selling the companys pharmaceutical disinfectant products to new and existing clients including hospitals clinics pharmacies and distributors.
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the disinfectant products manufactured by the company including their benefits applications and competitive advantages.
Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and identify potential markets for product distribution.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers showcasing the effectiveness and benefits of our disinfectant products.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting customer needs.
Order Processing: Oversee the sales order process ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment from initial inquiry to delivery. Followup to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales and activities using CRM tools.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the production logistics and marketing teams to ensure product availability support promotional activities and align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards regulations and company policies. Maintain the highest level of product quality and customer service standards.
Customer Support: Provide postsale support and address any customer inquiries complaints or issues promptly ensuring longterm customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry preferably with a focus on disinfectant products medical supplies or chemicals.
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
o Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
o Excellent negotiation persuasion and closing skills.
o Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and disinfectant products will be added advantage.
o Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Travel: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region or territory to meet clients and prospects.
Language: English & Regional Language
