Position: Project Manager
Working Hours: 8:00am to 5pm (CT/US)
Monthly Salary: USD $1200 to $1500 per month depending on experience
Holidays: Incountry holidays observed flexible
Department: Program & Account Management
Reports directly to: VP of Program and Account Management
Works closely with: Engineering Supply Chain Manufacturing Sales Powertrain
Primary Objective:
Lead the project management of the projects assigned to you to ensure the objectives are met
within the time cost and quality as defined at the beginning of the program
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop Project Plans:
Support determine project scope and set objectives
Assist defining budget
Outline human and material resources
Create timelines
Define Program KPI
Monitor Project Progress:
Continuously set and adapt priorities
Support all the phases of the product development and ensure that the plan is on
track
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule to ensure milestone completion
Coordinate contracts with vendors and customers by assigning tasks and
communicating expected deliverables
Delegate tasks and supervise that the team commitments are fulfill
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about
strategy adjustments and progress
Develop risk plans and report any issues or concerns
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving:
Identify initiatives (not necessarily part of the project) that require organization
and problem solving and not be afraid to take ownership
Have the big picture always on top of mind to help make decisions on where the
team and resources should be dedicated
Be open to share ideas on how to move the project forward more effective
Report Project Results:
Debrief on lessons learned and know how
Help create guidelines for future projects
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering Business required
3 years minimum of proven success within a Program or Project Management role required
Experience working within a startup environment preferred
Experience with Electric Vehicles or relevant technologies preferred
Commercial Vehicle or Automotive experienced preferred
