Job Description
- Analyze legal cases provide legal opinions and advice that are right and effective for litigation cases in the company
- Ensure effective litigation management of all cases
- Timely filing of cases and monitoring their progress and provide timely updates to the relevant leaders of division
- Prepare documents needed both internally and externally
- Attend police summons or court proceedings on behalf of the company
- Brief internal employees in preparation to attending legal meetings
- Work with the internal operational and compliance team to strengthen internal control and antifraud system
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable university and having at least 4year experience in Corporate Litigation
- Minimum of 12 years of law firm experience
- Having a PERADI license is preferable
- Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Able to be proactive and take initiative
