About the Role
We are looking for a Store Design Coordinator who is a designdriven detailoriented and marketingsavvy professional. This role will be responsible for ensuring dealership stores in European markets meet BYDs brand positioning and corporate identity (CI) standards through effective coordination auditing and implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with dealers internal teams and stakeholders to uphold and enhance BYDs brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Store CI Design & Implementation: Oversee all aspects of BYD store CI design including exterior and interior decoration visual merchandising and window displays in collaboration with the Network Development team.
Store Tracking & Coordination: Ensure store design execution aligns with company policies closely monitor store status and communicate with dealers and internal teams.
Store Audits & Inspections: Conduct onsite inspections to ensure compliance with BYDs CI standards prepare audit reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Sales & Business Support: Work with the sales team to implement BYDs CI guidelines for new store development projects and actively support store events and sales campaigns.
Process Optimization: Assist the team in enhancing store design processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of experience in retail design interior design or business management. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Design Interior Design Architecture or Business Management.
Proficiency in CAD tools: SketchUp AutoCAD 5D rendering (or equivalent 3D CAD software) and Photoshop.
Customeroriented mindset with a strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across teams and external partners.
Strong time management skills able to prioritize and work proactively in a fastpaced environment.
Resilient adaptable and resultsdriven with an openminded approach to challenges.
Language skills: Fluency in English Hungarian or anyadditional European languages are a plus.
Passion for sustainability and alignment with BYDs mission for a greener future.
Willingness to travel within the EU region for store audits and inspections.
Valid Category B driving license (or equivalent for passenger cars).
