Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving sales growth managing a highperforming sales team and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the Saudi Arabian market.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations

Qualifications :

  • Saudi nationality is required for this position
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming teams
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales forecasting tools
  • Indepth knowledge of Saudi Arabian market trends and business practices
  • Understanding of local business culture and customs
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales management certifications are preferred
