The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing the company HR department ensuring compliance with labor laws developing HR policies and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a proactive professional with strong leadership strategic planning and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Department Setup & Strategy
Establish and develop the HR function from the ground up aligning with the company vision and business objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices tailored to company needs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws regulations and industry standards.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Develop recruitment strategies and oversee the hiring process to attract top talent.
Establish onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
Conduct workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
3. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters handling grievances and conflict resolution.
Design and implement performance appraisal systems to track employee growth and productivity.
Develop employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
4. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
Organize leadership and career growth initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Ensure compliance with training requirements and succession planning.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory deductions.
Manage employee benefits programs including health retirement and wellness initiatives.
6. HR Systems & Reporting
Implement HR software for tracking employee records leave management and performance reviews.
Generate HR reports to support management decisions.
Conduct HR analytics to measure key workforce trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
Full Time
