Requirements
- People focused / Strong ethics (focus on service over speed)
- Prior experience within real estate administration leasing or any exposure to residential property management
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate or be within the process of completion
- Current driving license
- Strong and adaptable communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Console Cloud or Property Me (preferred but not essential)
- Able to commit to either fulltime 3 full days per week or school hours (not weekends)
- Trust Account management experience highly regarded but not essential
