Job Title: Business Analyst (Telecom Domain)
Location: Alpharetta GA (Onsite)

Job Category: Business Analysis / Data & BI Optimization
The Business Analyst will support telecom business intelligence financial care analysis revenue assurance financial planning and data migration projects for Verizon/Brillio. This role requires expertise in BI tools data governance and telecom pricing models ensuring business and data optimization strategies align with telecom industry standards.
Position: Contract
Responsibilities:- Document business processes goals challenges and tool knowhow.
- Analyze business requirements related to Data and Business Intelligence optimization projects.
- Develop solution designs functional specs process flows and data models.
- Collaborate with interface teams to define integration needs and mappings.
- Develop test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain documentation for configurations customizations and maintenance.
- Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom domain.
- Expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data governance.
- Experience in financial care analysis revenue assurance and financial planning.
- Familiarity with telecom pricing models bundles and promotional structures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping FinOps and ticketing tools.
- Work with leading telecom clients (Verizon/Brillio).
- Opportunity to contribute to telecom BI and data optimization projects.
- Onsite role in Alpharetta GA.
- Telecom industry experience is mandatory.
- Must have strong experience in BI tools and data analysis within telecom.
- Ability to document business processes and create functional specifications.
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
