Core Business Retail Concept is assigned to protect expand and develop the IKEA Concept and the IKEA Brand in existing and new markets. This includes sharing IKEA knowledge and learning across the franchise system. Retail Concept consists of the following four areas: Brand & Marketing Expansion Learning and Retail Experience. 

About the assignment 
CMP Design Service has the assignment to: 

• Design conceptualised Customer Meeting Points to enable lowcost profitable and sustainable units.  

• As owners of the CMPs design and architecture conceptual content we provide principles and solutions in these fields for the creation maintenance and rebuilding.  

• Enable CMPs successful implementation and retail approval securing consistency and compliance with the IKEA Brand IKEA Concept and business requirements.  

We cooperate with our IKEA franchisees in 53 countries all over the world. We work in a multicultural environment. The purpose of the sustainability work at CMP Design Service is to make sustainability an integrated part of the IKEA Concept to secure compliance with global legislation and enable more sustainable CMP:s. 

About the Job 
We are seeking a Customer Fulfilment and Customer Engagement Planner to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring common effective and efficient customer fulfilment (Logistics) and engagement setup including Check out and Customer Relations areas across various customer meeting points. You will be responsible for designing and planning the fulfilment and customer engagement areas using the Customer Meeting Point Design Process ensuring hasslefree intuitive and convenient customer experiences.  

You will collaborate with other planners and specialists to achieve the best possible outcomes lead new development activities and support the design of solutions that empower sustainable store operations. Your evaluation and documentation of fulfilment and engagement solutions will contribute valuable insights to our global network. 

About You 
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the IKEA vision and values and demonstrates a deep understanding of customer behavior in a retail environment. You should have recent experience in IKEA Store Customer Fulfilment or Customer Engagement roles ideally with a background in leadership within these areas. You have the ability to convert your fulfilment and engagement knowledge into practical solutions strong organizational and analytical skills and the capability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners will be key to your success in this role. 

To be successful in this role you should have: 

• Demonstrable experience in leadership and project management. 

• Good English language skills with the ability to communicate with nonnative audiences. 

• A strategic mindset that enables you to break down complex information and present it clearly. 

• Experience working within an IKEA Store. 

• The capability to build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

• Strong skills in presenting facilitating and influencing with transparent and engaging communication. 

Additional Information
