Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer
Location: Pune India (Inperson role)

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with 10 years of experience to join our team. This is a handson technical leadership role where you will write highquality code while guiding two frontend engineers. You will work closely with our product and design teams to build cuttingedge responsive and intuitive interfaces that simplify AIpowered platforms for users.
What Success Looks Like:
- Spend 70% of your time coding and solving technical challenges.
- Architect and implement robust frontend solutions with state management and realtime updates.
- Deliver responsive performant and pixelperfect UIs across devices and browsers.
- Lead technical decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Provide mentorship and code reviews while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design seamless APIs.
Areas of Ownership:
- Frontend architecture and technical decisions.
- Core product interfaces and user experience.
- Performance optimization and monitoring.
- Component library and design system implementation.
- Code review processes and standards.
- 10 years of frontend development experience.
- Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of state management (e.g. Redux MobX).
- Proficiency with build tools (e.g. Webpack Vite).
- Proven experience building complex productiongrade applications.
- Expertise in responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization and frontend testing frameworks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GraphQL realtime data handling and WebAssembly.
- Background in microfrontend architectures or developer tools.
- Contributions to opensource projects.
- Expertise in animations complex UI interactions and accessibility standards.
- Experience mentoring while maintaining an individual contributor role.
