About the Role:
Were looking for a driven and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Fitelo. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision driving growth and delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- OutcomeDriven Execution.
- Define monitor and optimize key performance metrics that align with business goals.
- Prioritize workstreams to deliver measurable outcomes and longterm value.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders to align product roadmaps with strategic objectives.
- Drive crossfunctional collaboration across teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Product Planning & Development
- Break down highlevel requirements into clear actionable tasks for engineering teams.
- User Research & Gap Analysis
- Conduct user research to identify customer needs pain points and opportunities.
- Perform gap analyses to refine product offerings and create actionable feature roadmaps.
- DataDriven Decision Making
- Establish success criteria for product initiatives and use analytics to evaluate performance.
- Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Innovative ProblemSolving
- Develop creative recommendations to expand the products scope impact and vision.
- Identify and solve complex challenges to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- CrossFunctional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and other teams to define and execute on endtoend product solutions.
- Act as the bridge between technology and business to ensure a seamless integration of goals.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 4 years of experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track metrics that drive product success.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
- Ability to balance user needs business goals and technical constraints effectively.
- Passion for health wellness and leveraging technology to create meaningful impact
