Independent Sales Agent CommissionBased Opportunity

About the Role

As an Independent Sales Agent youll play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying engaging and closing new business opportunities. Your expertise in consultative sales and deal negotiation will directly impact your earning potential with commissions paid on both new contracts and upsell opportunities. Youll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project estimates and seamless client onboarding maximizing longterm success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify qualify and close new sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong client relationships to drive initial sales and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts with a focus on maintaining profitability and longterm revenue growth.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to structure competitive project estimates and proposals.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of new clients to internal teams while maintaining ongoing engagement.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records to ensure commission eligibility.
  • Work independently while aligning with company goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales business development or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Ability to generate leads nurture relationships and manage the sales cycle independently.
  • Experience with commissionbased or performancedriven sales structures preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor with a flexible selfmotivated approach.
