La figura si occuper di:
registrazione e accoglienza clienti
gestione check in e check out
risolvere i bisogni dei clienti

Requisiti fondamentali:
buon utilizzo del pc e del Pacchetto Office
diploma di scuola superiore
buone doti organizzative
capacit di ascolto
precisione
conoscenza della lingua inglese.
