About the Job
As a VC/C# Software Development Engineer at FLIR youll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our United Video Management System (UVMS) a cuttingedge video surveillance system. Youll collaborate closely with our experienced team to create optimize and sustain highperformance applications that handle realtime video and audio data.
What Youll Do
Enterprise application development: Design develop and maintain largescale distributed systems using VC and C#.NET.
Legacy system support: Contribute to the ongoing support and enhancement of our legacy applications including .NET WinForms.
Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams to define and deliver new features and functionalities.
Performance optimization: Ensure high performance scalability and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Code quality: Maintain high standards of code quality organization and testing practices. Participate in code reviews to uphold our commitment to software excellence.
About You
We are looking for candidates who are skilled in VC and C# and ready to thrive in a dynamic highly technical environment.
Strong in VC and C#: You have 46 years of experience as a backend developer with Managed C Visual C and C# .NET frameworks and are proficient in developing robust scalable software.
Multithreaded programming: You have a deep understanding of multithreaded programming and have applied it in highperformance systems.
Experienced in enterprise systems: Youve worked with complex largescale systems ideally in a distributed architecture.
Solutionoriented: You are resourceful proactive and focused on delivering highquality solutions.
