Job Description
Job Title: .Net Backend Developer
Job Type: 12 months contract
Location: Seattle WA (Remote)
Candidate should be open for Hacker Rank test. LinkedIn 300 plus connections should be there.
Airlines industry experience is mandatory.
About Us:
We are seeking a Senior BackEnd Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in this transformation. If you are a selfdriven individual with strong ownership skills a delivery and solutionoriented mindset expertise in C# .NET Azure CI/CD and IaC as well as indepth knowledge of airline domain we want you to be a part of our collaborative and forwardthinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- BackEnd Development: Design develop and maintain complex software applications ensuring highquality scalable and efficient code.
- Ownership: Take ownership of projects features and tasks from inception to delivery and drive them to successful completion.
- SolutionOriented Mindset: Identify problems propose innovative solutions and work collaboratively to address challenges that arise during development.
- Technology Expertise: Utilize your expertise in C# .NET Azure CI/CD and IaC to build and optimize applications that meet the companys objectives.
- Highly Collaborative: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers and other engineers to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements.
- Code Review: Perform and participate in code reviews to maintain highquality code ensure best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Agile Development: Contribute to an Agile development environment including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to continuously improve development processes.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for your work making it accessible to team members.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members fostering growth and development within the team.
- (Preferred) Airline Domain Knowledge: Apply your deep understanding of airline and/or travel industry practices to improve the NDC experience and drive delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on API development.
- Strong expertise in C# .NET Azure CI/CD and IaC.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with high quality.
- Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Selfmotivated and proactive in taking ownership of projects.
- Familiar with PCI Compliance
- (Preferred) Indepth knowledge of the airline or travel agency domain
